How To Enter
With each visit to Goodfellows, ask your server or bartender for your entry forms.  You can only collect entries at the time of paying your check. Entry forms will not be given to customers coming back with a receipt from a previous purchase no matter when the purchase was made.  You'll receive one (1) entry form for every $10 on your guest check ($10 increments only) not including tax and gratuity.  Fill out the information correctly and completely as requested in the areas supplied and place them in the entry tank located in our front foyer.  Incomplete or  illegible entries are void and removed from all entries received before the grand prize drawing.  All entries must be received no later than July 31, 2012.  Goodfellows assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or misdirected  entries.

Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.  No substitution of prizes is permitted.  Goodfellows  reserves the right to change the number and type of prizes awarded without notice. Two hundred (200) semifinalist will be selected by a random from all entries received by Goodfellows whose decisions will be final.  Semifinalists will be notified by EMAIL  ONLY and must acknowledge notification of acceptance and pick up their confirmation letter no later than August 15, 2012 or your position as a semifinalist will be forfeited, an alternate semifinalist will be elected no exceptions.  Grand Prize Drawing will be held on or about Sunday, August 26th, 2012 during our Harley Davidson Party in the Parking Lot with live music, food, beer and  beverages. (rain date September 2, 2012)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW THE RULES.  Goodfellows will not change, alter or in anyway revise the rules for any individual for their lack of knowledge of how the contest works. We also, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to change or modify any rule(s) and/or conditions without notice. Goodfellows employees past and present, employees boyfriends, girlfriends, fiancées, families, business agents, vendors, sponsors and their employees and families are not eligible to play and/or win. Winner must sign a waiver of liability form. In the event the winner is not able to take possession of the prize, a new winner will be chosen from the remaining entries in a random drawing.  The Prize winner is required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, release and waiver and is responsible for sales tax on the above mentioned prize which must be paid before winner takes delivery of prize.  All entries become the property of W.L. Goodfellows and Co., Inc.  By entering W.L. Goodfellows and Co. “Harley-Davidson Hog Wild Giveaway” you agree to and are hereby bound by all the terms and official rules of this drawing.  Goodfellows reserves the right to change these rules and the rules of the Grand prize drawing without prior notice to semifinalist.  The winner agrees that Sponsors and Co-Sponsors, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and the officers, heirs, directors, agents and employees of any of the above entities are not liable for injury, loss, death, or damage of any kind due to or associated with acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize and/or participation in this giveaway. Except where prohibited by law, Prize winner further grants to the Sponsors or it’s agencies the right to use such Prize winner's name, photograph, voice, likeness and city of residence for purposes of advertising or promoting and publicizing the efforts and activities of the Sponsor without further consideration and to release his or her name to persons requesting the names of the winner of the Giveaway. Non-compliance of the above may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.     

“Harley-Davidson Hog Wild Giveaway” winners will be selected by random from all 200 semifinalist entries received by Goodfellows whose decisions will be final.  Semifinalists must be present to win. All federal and state taxes including any fees are the sole responsibility of the grand prize winner.  Grand prize winner is required to pay A Harley Davidson dealer to be named an amount to be disclosed which covers sales tax, freight and dealer prep.  Vehicle documentation along with winners valid drivers license must be shown before winner can take possession of same, including registration and insurance.  All other applicable fees,  if any, are sole responsibility of the winner.  In the event that some prizes are not claimed, those prizes will become null and void.   

“Harley-Davidson Hog Wild Giveaway” is open to everyone age 18 years or over holding a valid drivers license, except employees of W.L. Goodfellows and Co. past and present and their families, affiliated  companies,  advertising and promotion agencies.  Void where prohibited.  All federal and state taxes including any fees are the sole responsibility of the grand prize winner along with destination charges.  Grand prize winner is required to execute an affidavit of  eligibility, release and waiver.  .

Reproductions of any kind of the official entry forms will be void.  Rules, dates and details subject to changes without notice.  Void where prohibited by law.  These written official rules supersede any and all verbal description or  interpretation of giveaway by anyone.
