A tossed mixture of chopped ingredients include crisp chopped romaine lettuce, spicy cajun chicken, red onion, bell pepper, plum tomatoes, apples, yellow corn, bleu cheese, bacon, hard-boiled egg and walnuts, tossed in our unique chop house balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
Our Latin-American creation features ribbon sliced romaine and iceberg lettuces, avocado, black beans, yellow corn, diced plum tomatoes and red onion along with a sprinkling of shredded cheddar cheese. Dressed with our fresh made Cilantro-Lime Vinaigrette, topped with carved slices of marinated grilled chicken and cracked red tortilla’s. It’s Fiesta time!
