Each one is truly a tradition started by our Great Grandmother years ago of using the best to create something spectacular! NONNA'S MARGHERITA PIZZA

Our Great-Grand Mom's favorite and the original that started it all! Fresh mozzarella cheese and our San Marzano tomato sauce. Topped with a chiffonade of fresh basil leaves.

BUF-FELLOW CHICKEN PIZZA

We take chunks of fresh cooked chicken tossed in our buf-fellow sauce, then more sauce on a fresh tossed crust topped with mozzarella cheese.

CLASSIC “WHITE” PIZZA

Fresh crushed garlic, olive oil, ricotta and mozzarella cheese. (with broccoli as shown)

"CAJUN" CHICKEN ALFREDO PIZZA

We start with our original parmesan Alfredo sauce, lots of our spicy cajun chicken and mozzarella cheese. The scent is delicioso!

"NICKY THE MEATBALL"

And sausage, pepperoni, ham, onions, mushrooms and green peppers with our San Marzano sauce and lots of mozzarella cheese.

CALIFORNIA AVOCADO PIE

Fresh sliced ripe avocado, diced plum tomatoes, crushed garlic and topped with ricotta and mozzarella cheeses.

CHEESE STEAK SUB PIZZA

Our authentic crust with thin-sliced sirloin steak and mozzarella cheeses. Topped with cool shredded lettuce, fresh tomato, onion and olive oil.

PESTO CHICKEN PIZZA

Coated in a layer of freshly prepared Basil Pesto Sauce. Topped with chicken, a hint of ricotta cheese and layered with mozzarella cheeses.

TRENTON TOMATO PIE

"Tomato Pies", as rumor has it, this backwards pizza originated in Trenton, NJ. Our tomato pies are built the same way, crust first, then cheese and lots of our tomato sauce.

LOBSTER N' SHRIMP PIZZA

Enjoy our very best new pizza creation! Nuggets of lobster meat and large sweet shrimp topped on a hand-pulled pizza crust with crushed garlic and smothered with lots of mozzarella cheese.
